Pastry - Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

250g Chocolate Pieces (I used Semi-Sweet Dark Choc)
250g Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Plain (All Purpose) Flour
1/4 Cup Self Raising Flour


Preperation Time: 15 minutes + 60 minutes chilling time (after baking)
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
